Terms & Conditions

1. Services

Agrovia provides garden design, landscape build, planting and maintenance services. All services are subject to a written quote accepted by the client. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

2. Quotations

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on information provided at the time of assessment. If the scope of work changes, we will issue a revised quote for your approval before proceeding.

3. Payment terms

For one-off projects, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due within 14 days of project completion. For maintenance plans, payment is collected monthly in advance.

4. Cancellation

Maintenance visits may be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged at 50% of the visit cost. Project deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled start date.

5. Liability

Agrovia is fully insured with £5 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed at the time of quote.

6. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by English law.
